電腦配備升級有玩LOL 目前勉強跑的動求專業指點

目前電腦配備：

作業系統：Windows XP Professional (5.1版本2600)

主機板：技嘉 945PL-S3

處理器：3.0GHz 雙核心

記憶體：2G

顯示卡：NVIDIA GeFore 7300 GS 512M獨立顯卡

硬碟：160G

－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－

有玩LOL SF 跑跑卡丁車..等

遊戲跑窗方面覺得有點慢
有時候看網頁或看影片也很頓
遊戲中整體有點悲劇常常會頓頓的

想升級配備不知從哪裡下手
另外若想改成Win7系統配備大概要弄到哪
重點要LOL可以順暢的玩
不一定要Win7系統
預算5千左右

能打LOL順暢就好
