網路無線中繼的問題

我們家
A在一樓(主發射點)
B在二樓(從A接線到二樓)

三樓接的到B點的網路
但因為只有一格所以打算在接個C點

由於家庭因素所以C點只能接無線中繼來使用

問題Q

Q1.三樓房間接B點(用手機接的)只有一格那中繼的機子接的到嗎????
Q2.三樓網路只有一格中繼後速度會很慢嗎?
Q3.我預算不多是否可以推薦好用1000元以下的機子
Q4.無線中繼可以鎖密碼嗎???

PS:三樓是一間房間要使用而已所以不需要那種超穿牆的機子
