歐盟從海外下手蒐集恐怖威脅情報

歐洲聯盟各國外長今天商討，建立1個歐洲駐外安全幹員的新網路，以聯手因應回教激進好戰分子構成的威脅。

今天的會議是要為歐盟各國領導人2月12─13日在布魯塞爾召開的高峰會奠基。屆時峰會將鞏固歐盟對歐洲年輕回教徒前往中東戰區或自中東返國的因應策略。

構想之一是，將歐洲國家安全官員派往駐外代表團，以蒐集並交流恐怖主義威脅的情報。

歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表茉格里尼（Federica Mogherini）在記者會中說：「這就是要派人在當地，能與駐在國相同層級的安全幹員連絡。」

其他的當務之急還包括，取締軍火交易、支援中東與北非警力、阻止歐盟各國人民前往海外參戰並限制有激進回教思想的網路內容，以防止這些人民將暴力帶回國內。
