北韓新制　女性需義務當兵

北韓近日規定17-20歲的女性將須義務服兵役，漢江北道的一名消息人士透露「初徵和體檢在4月就開始了，現已全部完成，相關部門也已部署完畢。」初步篩選主要是進行身體和疾病檢查。

北韓每年4月和8月會舉行兩次徵兵，先前規定女性為志願兵役制，而男性則為義務兵役制。高中應屆畢業生的應徵時間在4月，20歲以下的工人則在8月。不過，這一新政並不會強制女性和男性服役同樣長的時間。報導指女性不需要服役10年，只需服役到23歲。

2003年3月北韓第10屆最高人民會議宣佈男性兵役從13年縮短至10年，但特種兵種服役仍需13年期滿。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
