直接匯款沒借據可以追討嗎 ?

85年9.3號父親得一位好朋友孤單一人在台灣,想認我當乾女兒因要改他的姓氏因而不要,當時我要結婚他直接匯款60萬到我的帳戶說要給我,當時都沒寫任何的借據之類的 103年開始陸續跟我討這筆錢,因本人沒有多餘的錢可給他(當時的款項做生意賠光),想請問各位大大他現今是否可以跟我要這筆錢?
