趁女同事喝醉　強行車震被人夫撞見

湖南衡山縣一名47歲副縣級幹部，疑涉趁該縣女團委書記酒醉無力反抗，在車上強行與她發生性關係。受害人丈夫在網上爆料，要求當地相關部門調查處理。

香港《蘋果》引述《南方都市報》的報導指出，這位女團委書記叫李婷，李婷的丈夫陳某表示，涉案的副縣級幹部，名叫汪燦。周三當日，汪燦與李婷應曾在沙泉鄉工作的王某之邀，與曾經在沙泉鄉工作過的同事吃飯。就在當晚，陳某在自己住處樓下，發現汪燦在車上趁李婷「醉酒無力反抗強行與其發生性關係」。陳某還公開了一部小車及一名男子的照片。照片中，該男子被人揪住上衣，嘴角帶血。
