板橋清潔隊前隊長涉收賄被羈押禁見

新北市板橋區公所清潔隊鍾姓前隊長，被檢舉涉嫌擔任隊長期間，收賄安插清潔隊臨時人員，或讓臨時人員升等為正式人員，檢調查出至少有10多人，透過扮中間人的清潔隊曾姓前組長，以5萬元到50萬元不等的現金行賄，因此順利走後門進清潔隊或升等，鍾被指5年來收賄200多萬元。新北地檢署今天上午指揮調查局北機站搜索鍾的住處，帶回鍾、曾及10多名隊員、證人偵訊，並向清潔隊調卷清查。

調查官偵訊後晚間將鍾、曾等人移送新北地檢署複訊，多數隊員承認行賄；鍾、曾否認不法。檢方認為鍾涉案情節重大、有勾串之虞及共犯未到案，晚間11時許向法院聲押鍾，法官裁定羈押禁見；曾以10萬元交保，其餘隊員請回。
