李登輝：公民參與改變台灣

前總統李登輝今天在臉書上傳賀年影片，他表示，去年台灣的社會發生很大的變化，公民的覺醒和參與，能夠改變台灣社會。

今天是小年夜，李登輝錄製了一段賀年影片，祝民眾新春快樂，李登輝在影片中表示，去年台灣社會發生很大的變化，3月的學生運動改變台灣政治的發展和民眾對政治的態度，人民瞭解只有參與政治才能夠改變政治。

李登輝說，公民的覺醒在去年的地方選舉發揮力量，人民用選票表示對執政黨的不滿。這股力量進一步要求台灣的民主改革，要求進行修憲，希望透過憲政的改造工程，共同創造國家的未來。

李登輝說，公民的參與，讓大家再一次看到台灣進步的力量，看到國家的希望與美好的將來。

他同時指出，除了憲政體制的問題，現在國家財政、經濟、社會公平、世代與土地正義的問題，都需要進一步的改革。他呼籲只要大家繼續共同打拚，一定能夠改變台灣的社會，達成目標與希望。
