車藏毒遇路檢逃逸 撞消防栓被逮

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中17日電）台中市警方日前凌晨執行路檢，要求盧姓男子打開後車廂，他企圖逃逸失控撞上消防栓，警方車內查獲近百包毒咖啡，依法送辦。

台中市警局第五警分局今天表示，日前凌晨在北屯區及文心路口執行路檢，發現20歲的盧男駕駛自小客車相當可疑，警方在車輛遮陽板內發現1個K菸盒，進而要求盧男打開後車廂。

豈料，盧男神情緊張開車企圖逃逸，不慎失控撞上路邊的消防栓，員警趨前將他逮捕，並在後車廂查獲97包的毒咖啡及37公克的K他命。

盧男警訊中供稱，去年暑假染上毒品，辯稱含有K他命、安非他命、搖頭丸等成份的毒咖啡，是為了過年送朋友分享。全案訊後依毒品危害防制條例、毀損公物等罪嫌移送法辦。1040217
