你可以試試看限制他只能在戶外陽台抽(空氣清淨機省下來)，然後你開始慢慢邊勸戒菸邊強硬一點要求他戒菸吧!

我看過一些不管是抽菸還是吃檳榔說戒不掉的人，生病看完檢查報告之後還活下來的都立馬戒菸戒檳榔~
沒有戒不掉的拉~
