繼確認將在MWC 2015期間揭曉Xperia Z4 Tablet之後，Sony進一步以「Get ready to make a splash (轟動/潑灑)」作為即將登場新機宣傳標語，似乎證實也將在展期內公布新款防水機種Xperia M4 Aqua。

根據Sony稍早在Twitter釋出消息，在以「Get ready to make a splash (轟動/潑灑)」作為即將登場新機宣傳標語情況下，似乎證實也將在展期內公布新款防水機種Xperia M4 Aqua。除此之外，Sony稍早也透露Xperia Z4 Tablet也將在此次展覽活動中揭曉。

在先前曝光消息裡，Xperia M4 Aqua將搭載5.2吋、解析度為1280x720的顯示螢幕，另外也將配置Snapdragon 615處理器、2GB記憶體與16GB儲存容量等硬體規格，相機規格部分則分別採用1300萬畫素主相機鏡頭，以及500萬畫素前置鏡頭，外型部分也大致接近Xperia Z3，並且同樣支援防水機能。

而預計同台亮相的Xperia Z4 Tablet，則將配置2K解析度螢幕，以及類似Xperia Z2 Tablet的10.1吋輕薄機身設計，預期將搭載Qualcomm Snapdragon 810處理器。
