在工廠發生的意外傷害

導致我在巡檢時不慎掉落受傷

巡邏檢查連地面上人孔蓋被打開都看不到真不知道這個員工到底是在巡檢什麼?????? 如果連人孔蓋被打開都看不到都沒看到那平常的巡檢到底是能看到什麼????

依勞保等等的規定可能會有相關職災之類的補助啦或是賠償啦但是我認為巡檢居然連人孔蓋被打開都看不到而發生的傷害都要補助的話實在是浪費公帑

職業災害實在應該從嚴認定不應該是只要工廠裡面發生意外就賠償補助的這部份的機制實在應該檢討
