林義雄：不修公投法選罷法　朱立倫提修憲是空談

太陽花即將在318、410重返立院，訴求補正公投法、修改選罷法，民進黨前主席林義雄、島國前進召集人黃國昌等人16日為此拜會立法院長王金平。林義雄會後受訪說，朱立倫就任國民黨主席後就說要修憲，如果連這最簡單的修法都不做，「修憲根本是空談」。

林義雄表示，今天參與拜會王金平的團體代表，包括共同提出訴求的人民作主、島國前進、割闌尾、1985等4個團體。

至於王金平的回應，林義雄表示，作為院長當然不會給予是否同意的答覆，但已表示會盡力促成圓滿處理。

被問及是否拜會朱立倫，林義雄說，「也許朱主席比較忙，我們正在努力當中」。

林義雄還說，318、410會象徵性地到立法院做一些儀式性的動作，讓國人知道知道這件事情，也要求立委重視這個案件。
