c語言條件判斷式之疑問

    int a = 0;
    if(a= 0|| a==0)
printf("%d\n",a);
    printf("%d\n",a);
    return 0;
}

printf有兩個，兩個都是1
為何a值會變成1了呢?? boolean 為true 是1，
可是這裡只是一個判斷條件，滿足這個條件printf a值不是嗎?
