thumbnail 利率連15季凍　渣打銀：今年上半年央行不會有動作

中央銀行如預期，連續15季維持重貼現率於1.875%水平。渣打國際商業銀行高級經濟分析師符銘財表示，這反映央行將維持支持經濟成長的貨幣政策立場，也不會加入降息行列，未來決策會根據經濟數據決定，渣打相信央行在今年上半年仍會維持重貼現率在1.875%水平。

符銘財指出，央行在會後指稱近期物價因油價低檔下跌，但核心通膨仍高。事實上，央行預計今年核心通膨將維持在1%水平，而官方的物價指數預測則為0.26%。另外，央行也認為台灣實則利率遠低於韓國，反映台灣不會參加包括韓國中央銀行及大陸人民銀行的減息行動。

符銘財還說，央行在會後記者會中也提到，資金流動性仍充裕，而物價下跌為暫時性。這與渣打看法一致，近期經濟數據走勢良好，而失業率也遠較10年前低，消費者信心指數亦在2月時升至新高。

此外，渣打也認為受油價下跌影響，目前物價只是短暫下跌，同時巿場仍維持成長態勢，不會如大陸受到資金緊絀及高利率影響而打擊消費及投資。
