雙腳開車易肇事理論,
如同騎碟煞機車突遇緊急事件,
能夠做到左右手同時點放剎車的,
幾乎是0,
大都是雙手按死剎車的狀態,
但文中肇事駕駛剎車燈亮著,
不能代表他雙腳開車,
也有可能油門被卡死,
又沒有剎車優先系統,
所以再怎麼踩剎車都沒用...
