男亂丟煙蒂遭取締　竟罵稽查員「臭俗辣」

台北市一名林姓男子今年2月在台北火車站抽煙後隨手彈飛煙屁股，恰巧被台北市環保稽查員逮個正著，林男見稽員要開單告發，竟當眾飆罵「臭俗辣」、「他媽的」，還拉扯稽查員造成臉頰受傷。台北地檢署今依妨害公務、傷害等罪將林男起訴。

林男到案後供稱，稽查員的取締態度不好，還用三字經罵他，但檢察官勘驗稽查人員當天的蒐證錄影帶，發現林男亂丟煙蒂後，見稽查員上前開單告發，突然暴怒辱罵稽查員，還動手拉扯導致稽查員受傷，因此不採信林男的說詞，今將他起訴。（呂志明／台北報導）
