買20年中古車發現車況不好

半個月前在南部看了台自售車(我在台中)

特地坐車下南部看車(20年車)

因車價便宜而自己也滿喜歡的(五萬)

隨即就付了訂金，留下證件給車主請他幫忙辦理過戶

隔天車主辦好又坐車下南部開上來

今天開到朋友保養廠請朋友幫忙看

發現前面兩個氣囊都已經失效(爆過?)，可能因為前面水箱撞過

傳簡訊給車主，車主回答說因為他也買中古車對車況不了解並非刻意隱瞞

請問大大我該如何處理? 可以提告詐欺嗎?
