新焦點獲得大陸鼎暉投資注資近6億元人民幣，加上配售代理商摩根士丹利協助融資的2.5億元人民幣，共獲得超過8.5億元人民幣的資金，董事長洪偉弼表示，未來10年大陸車後市場每年將有2位數的成長，在資金的挹注下，將透過併購或新開店，迅速提升兩岸據點，擴大兩岸汽車美容服務規模。
洪偉弼指出，大陸每年新車成長數量及市場保有量持續提高，預估2020年，將有3億台汽車保有量，在車子變多及變老下，未來10年大陸車後市場可望保持2位數高成長，鼎暉這次大手筆注資，就是看準新焦點結合台灣經驗和大陸市場的雙重優勢，相信汽車售後市場相關業務的發展指日可待。
新焦點指出，過去一向秉承同業合作、異業聯盟的原則，獲得鼎暉的資金後援，將加速新店開張及改革的腳步，擴大兼併和收購的目標，同時增加對基礎建設的投入。
新焦點首席執行長張瑞展認為，汽車售後市場整合期即將開始，新焦點採專業化連鎖經營服務，比4S店與街邊小店握有更好的籌碼與競爭條件；加入鼎暉，新焦點獲得改進的動力和空間，希望在更寬廣的視野平台上快速吸取各方經驗，本著與當地合作和分享的原則，攜手建立汽車後市場的行業規範。
