記者呂炯昌／綜合報導 陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，外傳是因為他在離營座談會上抨擊內務，因為得罪連上長官，才導致被關禁閉。不過洪的退役同袍說，洪仲丘在離營座談會沒有放砲，發表意見也是為弟兄著想。 軍高檢偵辦洪仲丘枉死案，21日約談包括多名退役官兵、旅部連輔導長、269旅憲兵官郭毓龍中尉等多人。 退役沈姓官兵說，「洪仲丘在離營座談會沒有放砲，發表意見也是為弟兄著想。」他表示，洪仲丘根本不是公開建言，是私底下建議旅長。 先前有媒體報導，洪仲丘是在6月26日下午的離營座談會中建言部隊缺失，得罪長官而惹上殺機，陸軍政戰主任曾有福17日在司令部記者會中表示，542旅早在25日就針對洪仲丘攜帶照相手機與MP3召開士評會，因此就時間點上來看並不可能。
