行動電源無法充電

我一顆新買的電源，不到幾天就無法充手機的電了

上面的指示燈還有亮，但是充手機時沒辦法充電，反而還會讓手機更耗電

我用插頭充了電源八小時還是一樣

我試過其他電源和插頭了，都可以用，所以不是手機或是電池問題

有誰可以告訴我發生什麼事了嗎?
