標題[請益] 行政助理薪資問題

今年大學剛畢業，想從事行政助理方面的工作 但是去問了一下薪資及工作時間，發現薪資似乎不高 今天有小型徵才活動，我去了兩間，兩間薪資都只有2萬左右 第一間是月休4天，早上9點到晚上6點，只休禮拜日 三個月後依表現多給一天休禮拜六，薪資2萬整 第二間是隔週休，工作時間沒說明，薪資部分 底薪18000+全勤1000+餐費1500，合計20500 工作內容，第一個月需了解內部工作流程， 所以會從事一些搬重物的工作，依表現決定何時做行政工作 兩間都有勞健保 我只知行政薪資一向不高，我只是想問一下 行政助理的工作，薪資與休假多少才算合理 想順便問一下，勞保與健保分開是什麼意思？ 我住高雄 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.3.194
