謊稱兒子欠錢要母還　婦人險被騙40萬元

【蔡進男／基隆報導】心急救兒險被騙！基隆市1名范姓婦人本周二中午接到詐騙電話，佯稱范婦兒子因幫人作保積欠40萬元，已經被他們綁走，趕緊匯款付錢才會放人。范婦一時緊張又聯繫不上兒子，以為兒子真的被綁，趕緊跑到銀行領款，銀行人員發覺范婦神情緊張，研判是接到詐騙電話，趕緊打電話報警。

警方獲報前往了解，並幫范婦連絡到兒子後，她才相信接到詐騙電話，激動地向警方及銀行人員道謝。
