國民黨主席馬英九今天在中常會上主動表示，針對洪仲丘案，他要求軍法跟司法機關全力合作儘速偵辦；針對外界質疑，軍方不要迴避，要積極回應說明，一定要讓真相公諸於世；

通案部分，馬英九要求國防部通盤檢討，從根本上改善軍中管教跟申訴制度，通令全軍實施。他已要求高華柱本周五前拿出具體保障人權改革方案向他報告。
