洪仲丘猝死案，洪家義務律師團邱顯智等3位律師，今天上午到專案小組了解軍方證人說法，邱表示，洪家對日前軍檢以關係人身分傳喚前542旅長沈威志不滿，認為沈負有最後決定權的責任，應該列為被告「將軍犯罪，與庶民同罪」，家屬要表達嚴重抗議。

邱顯智指出，洪家強調如果沈威志不列為被告，家屬將向沈提出鉅額賠償。

邱顯智和律師團劉繼蔚、李宣毅律師上午北部軍事院檢專案小組辦公室，3人抵達時，在大門前替洪家表達意見，邱顯智說，洪仲丘關禁閉前，到醫院體檢時身體質量指數 (BMI)達33，比正常值上限26高出許多，何況士官不能關禁閉，軍方明明違法，沈威志竟然簽章同意送禁閉，涉案程度和副旅長何江忠以職權妨害自由的程度一樣，應該列為被告。
