首屆移民特考結訓　總統頒發證書

【李定宇／台北報導】今早移民署舉辦首屆移民特考學員結訓典禮，共有122名新移民官，其中包含了3名新移民。上午總統馬英九前來頒發結訓證書，並為特殊才能新移民子女頒發獎學金。
 
總統致詞時表示，台灣已從傳統社會進步到現代社會，已「從身分到契約」，以前講的是主、僕關係，現在則是雇主及受雇者關係，人權是相同的，勉勵站在國家第一線的移民官，平等對待每一位外籍人士。
