太陽能電池廠商昇陽科(3561)Q2財報出爐。昇陽科上半年合併營收27.11億元，毛損1588萬元，毛損率0.58%，稅後虧損4.39億元，每股虧損1.38元，第二季仍為虧損，主因認列轉投資中陽光伏的處份損失，但事實上，昇陽科已於5月單月轉盈，第二季毛利率也轉正達逾6%的水準。

由於市場原預估太陽能電池廠第二季可轉盈，但昇陽科第二季仍虧損1.4億元，昇陽科主管表示，主要是因為處份轉投資中陽光伏的持股給中美晶(5483)，造成帳面處份損失1億多元，使整體第二季仍為虧損。

昇陽科表示，中陽光伏的衝擊在第二季已完全反應，但因為處份中陽的持股，可收回現金5億多元，對昇陽科的現金流是有幫助。

而在太陽能電池本業部分，隨著營收額提升以及ASP的改善，昇陽科自5月已開始賺錢，第二季毛利率已回升至6-7%的水準。
