狂犬病疫情升溫。民進黨立委劉建國上午說，疫情被證實快一個月，政府主管機關卻連源頭、疫情、疫苗的掌握都不清楚，台灣出現全球首例的錢鼠感染病例，農委會主委陳保基還說疫情在可以控制範圍，真是太離譜了。

台東的錢鼠感染狂犬病毒，他說，目前雖然只有一例，有可能只是冰山一角。他要求政府成立中央級災害防救中心，不要只是成立跨部會工作小組開會作秀。從7 月24日到7月29日共開了五次會議，卻連一個具體的結論也沒有，一旦疫情到了難以收拾的地步，誰要負起責任？
