今年鬼月推案量達1809億元　近10年最大量

【吳苡辰／台北報導】即將進入農曆鬼月(8月7日至9月5日)，據《住展》雜誌統計，今年北台灣鬼月推案量高達1809億元，案量超過10億元的中大型建案有37個；不僅較去年鬼月期間推案量1509億元增加19.8%，更為近10年大量。
 
今年鬼月指標推案有位於新北市淡水區「海洋都心2」總銷140億元、永和區「吉美一品花園」總銷130億元、淡水區「台北灣-江南大宅」總銷100億元、新莊區「君泰」總銷100億元等。
