大陸銀行業今年上半年的不良貸款出現反彈。不過大陸銀監會主席尚福林表示，雖然大陸銀行業也有風險隱憂，但目前銀行整體風險可控。

尚福林指出，地方融資平台的風險是銀行主要風險之一，今年地方融資平台的貸款增長幅度不太高。而除地方融資平台外，對市場普遍關注的影子銀行風險，也將得到重點防控。

尚福林表示，對信託和理財風險的管控，一是控制投向，二是控制總量，三是要求資金來源與資金運用一一對應，四是加強投資者教育。他並稱，下半年銀行業在嚴控風險的同時，還將落實盤活存量、優化增量的目標。
