洪案過度報導 ＮＣＣ將開檢討會

〔自由時報記者林嘉琪／台北報導〕洪仲丘案仍在追究責任，媒體也持續大篇幅報導。ＮＣＣ傳播內容處長黃金益昨指出，ＮＣＣ接獲民眾投訴，指出近期過多洪案報導，無法接收到其他同時發生的重大新聞，ＮＣＣ認為媒體有一窩蜂報導洪案的新聞集中現象，近日邀集學者專家進行檢討，呼籲媒體提供多樣性的報導。

ＮＣＣ接獲許多抗議反映洪案播出時段過多，已排擠其他新聞，而針對部份新聞報導或談話節目模擬洪仲丘軍中受虐過程是否觸法？黃金益表示，一旦新聞畫面踩到紅線，像是暴露、暴力，或言詞不雅，就可依衛廣法或廣電法要求改善開罰，洪案報導是否失當，目前仍需經由公民及學者組成的內容諮詢委員會討論判斷。

到底社會事件是否需要集中大篇幅報導討論？黃金益指出，近來社會每當有重大事件發生，就常見有新聞過度集中報導現象，有時報導充滿價值判斷是媒體通病，期待媒體自律。
