第五集真的是半澤大反擊，到最後有一種第一部(大阪篇XD)完的感覺... 但中間有一個很大的疑問... 在茉樹背叛東田，將東田海外的秘密帳戶存摺給半澤之後半澤為什麼能直接凍結東田的帳戶?半澤也不過是銀行行員，凍結他人帳戶應該是由其他機關才能辦到吧，何況是海外的銀行帳戶。就算半澤能凍結東田的帳戶，又如何能直接從裡面領出5億? 東田當時已經申請破產，所以想必那個帳戶是國稅局查不到的，等於在法律上認定是跟東田沒有關係的帳戶，又怎麼能直接從跟東田沒有關係的帳戶(法律上)裡直接提錢出來? 就好像被孫道存欠錢的債務人，直接從孫芸芸的帳戶裡領錢出來的感覺??
