光華巴士司機工時逾12小時　累犯重罰7萬

【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市1名男子投訴，他每天搭乘汐止區藍23號公車到北市上下班，但司機常開車打瞌睡，還曾目睹司機撞到機車騎士，對業者枉顧司機工作安全感到氣憤，今年5月向勞工局檢舉，但至今仍未改善，要求政府嚴懲不法業者。
 
新北市勞工局表示，光華巴士去年9月即因司機單日工作逾12小時，已依《勞基法》罰2萬元，今年5月稽查又發現司機仍超時工作，已加重罰5萬，將再稽查，若仍違反規定，最高可罰30萬元。光華巴士汐止站以站長外出不便回應。
