蜂膠含有蜂蠟好,還是不含蜂蠟比較好??

如標題,不知哪種的蜂膠比較好??? 且我不只將蜂膠拿來吃,也會另外拿來制成面膜使用,所以不知該選擇哪一種的! 另外想問問含蜂臘以及不含蜂臘的蜂膠的差異性,其功效哪種較好?...
