家屬籌出保金 黃季敏將獲釋

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北14日電）前消防署長黃季敏涉貪遭收押，台北地院昨裁定新台幣3000萬元交保，但覓保無著而還押，家屬今天繳交保金，黃季敏將獲釋。

台北地檢署偵辦黃季敏等人涉嫌辦理消防署民國91到95年度採購防災救難器材收受賄賂案，認定黃季敏收受新台幣1924萬元，去年底依貪污等罪嫌起訴，求處無期徒刑。

黃季敏在偵審期間遭羈押禁見近1年，台北地院昨天開庭，認定已進行交互詰問，無串證之虞，裁定讓黃季敏以500萬元現金交保，但要求黃妻簽下2500萬元同意書，確保黃季敏會按時出庭，否則將追繳2500萬元；此外合議庭也要求黃季敏需定時到警局報到，且需限制住居、出境。

但由於黃季敏昨天覓保無著而還押，黃季敏妻子上午到台北地院繳交500萬元，法警會將法官開立的釋票送往台北看守所，屆時黃季敏將獲釋。1020814
