餐廳名稱：秋茂園蚵仔煎 消費時間：2013/08/09 地址：台南市中西區永華路一段152號 (水萍塭公園旁) 電話：06-241-2455 營業時間：PM6:00之後營業 公休日：無 每人平均價位：200元 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：招牌蚵仔煎 圖文網誌：http://literaryouth.pixnet.net/blog/post/183135743 ----------------------------------------------------------- 之前經過水萍溫公園時就注意到秋茂園蚵仔煎，但一直未能去嚐嚐。 直到前陣子看到友人分享幾張用餐的照片， 看到煎成方形的蚵仔煎以及一些小炒、煎魚，便決定找個 時間去吃吃看，而且現在吃蚵仔正得時。 本次點了蚵仔煎、乾的蚵仔麵線、蚵仔湯、煎魚肚、炒下水、炒芥藍菜 招牌蚵仔煎，搭配清脆的小白菜、豆芽菜以及鮮嫩的蚵仔， 再淋上特製醬料是最簡單，也是最美味的組合。 不同於一般略呈圓形的蚵仔煎，這裡的形狀是四方的煎法更適合一般的餐盒大小。 蚵仔麵線，原本以為會像海產店的作法用炒的，店家的手法比較偏乾拌， 簡單的調味加上蒜末，拌一拌滿是濃香蒜味，但卻不辣口。 最令人驚豔的是king size的蚵仔，足足有小弟一隻拇指長 (約5~6公分)， 鮮嫩肥厚，現在吃正是時候。可惜的是，小弟覺得鹽下得稍 重，不知道是不是單一事件，第一次來吃，無從比較。 其他菜色口感詳見網誌。 一頓吃下來，個人覺得有些菜色有點鹹，如果是可以接受偏鹹重口味控的朋友也，可以來 試試看，撇開這個不說，味道是真的不錯，東西夠鮮。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.163.43
