【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市長張通榮終於返回基隆，今天早上10時許出席國軍在基隆港的知性之旅活動時，面對媒體窮追不捨訪問，張通榮臉色鐵青的表示，監委是最清白的人，他們來巡察地方一粒米都不能亂吃，至於是否對前立委劉文雄提告，他表示要等星期一上班再行考慮，講完立刻由隨扈護駕上車。
