FB粉絲團怎樣弄？

最近要弄一個粉絲團，可是我不太玩FB所以，折騰了三天也沒
弄好，建立了，但是，還是要以個人的帳號去建立，才能管理。
問題來了：

1，怎樣讓別人按讚就可以加入到我的粉絲團呢？
2，怎樣增加管理員？是要先加對方爲好友才可以嗎？
3，顯示已經發佈，可是我登出在粉絲團專頁搜索我建立的粉絲團頁面，卻根本
搜索不到？!! 到底是哪裏不對呢？

好煩呀!!! 每天下班都弄到2點多，還是不知道哪裏不對，圖片我也有上傳啊!

有經驗的快幫助我吧! 我要崩潰了的感覺
