小弟去年退伍到現在剛工作滿一年當時找工作投履歷是寄去總部但是總部沒有職缺，所以讓我去分部工作分部跟總部薪水沒差但是總部上班來回約30公里，分部則是55公里總部位在鬧區，分部在非常非常偏僻的地方工作內容則是分部比較輕鬆，聽說總部會累得多但也因為分部業務少，這一年下來自己覺得沒有學習到相對應該有的能力這陣子聽說總部有人要離職主管也有想法要直接從分部拉人過去，有跟我提到現在整個陷入天人交戰一來去總部會比較累，二來分部這邊也習慣了工作方式單位上也就各作各的，不會被學長姐限制但是分部的業務實在過於單純，真的不知道該怎麼選擇 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.118.86
