A公司(原公司) 元太 地點 新竹 新竹 職缺 光罩製成 面板開發 薪資 43k~45k 45k 工時 8 hr 未知 通勤 家中 家中 福利 優 普通 小弟國立科大光電碩，原公司部分感覺學不到啥麼，有點偏設備去了，做得很雜， 沒有啥麼技術開發，技術以達定位 固定都有訂單，有點像公務員，公司穩定，福利好。 但發展性似乎受限太多了，轉也不知道能轉啥麼，公司同事都在養老，沒有向上求知 或是企圖心。 元太 是間大公司，國外似乎有許多客戶跟據點，但是電子紙與電子標籤的部分 似乎是憂心忡忡， 公司有分不同事業部，但從主管介紹公司的過程中，都感覺到主管也想離開那邊。 甚至還聊到該怎樣才能沒有身分到美國去工作移民做準備...囧 如果到面板開發部門去，這樣可以學到點東西以利之後轉職嗎??? 目前正處人事凍結期間，有元太的offer在，不知道是否值得一試?? 另外，如果這機會點不好，以光罩產業出來後，能轉的有啥麼呢?? 謝謝 -- http://www.wretch.cc/album/kaak18 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.199.37
