英國人寧被飛機吵　逾4成不買「叫春屋」

【綜合報導】英國一家房地產公司近日所進行的研究發現，有43%的民眾絕對不買「叫春屋」，有超過50%民眾不買「開趴屋」。

該調查針對民眾的購屋地點意願進行調查，發現民眾最不喜歡的住屋地點，就是隔壁鄰居常辦派對，有超過5成的民眾絕對不滿，而當中女性不滿的比例就占了60%。其次是有43%民眾，絕對不會住屋處買在叫春聲太大的地方，大多數的民眾都受不了鄰居做愛太狂歡的聲音。

而民眾不願購屋處的第3名才是飛機場旁，雞叫和狗叫干擾則是排名第4。而有31%民眾表示，不願意住在大馬路旁被車子噪音干擾。
