彰化市江南花園城社區地基遭豪雨淘空，28戶透天厝住戶緊急撤離。今天住戶們回到殘破不堪家園收拾物品，國軍弟兄也幫忙搬運大型家具。彰化縣政府建設處代理處長陳文慶表示，安溪東路28戶民宅傾斜產生的裂縫，縣府會委由包商，趕緊作好灌漿回填工作，避免裂縫擴大。至於危樓是否拆除或重建，仍得由結構技師公會鑑定及住戶們討論才能決定。
