外交機密預算 拉美區減2.7億

立委指出，明年外交部機密預算在拉丁美洲及加勒比海區域國際事務活動上，大幅減少二點七億元。外交部拉美司長指出，拉美地區的外交預算逐年走向透明化，大部分都編列在公開預算書中，因此機密預算才會較往年減少二點七億元；馬總統才剛出訪拉美與加勒比海邦交國，邦交相當穩固。
