我撞到酒駕的人

我約在昨天下午1點半至2點左右行經西屯路一段57號附近這裡是雙向單線到(一來一往那種)無小巷子我的車速大約40限速內對向一台機車突然轉向我的車道想要停車的樣子對方沒有打方向燈我就直接給他這樣撞上去對方酒測值0.56 已經在警局做完筆錄已對對方提出告訴請問之後還需要做甚麼嗎??需要跟對方聯絡要求賠償部分??還是直接等警局或法院通知??
