10 月科技界最受矚目的大事之一，就是 Twitter 尋求 IPO，新聞熱度之高，連股票代號一字之差的 Tweeter 都雞犬升天，但是 Twitter 到底會不會成為下一個 Facebook，值不值得投資呢，200 多頁的 IPO 文件中有許多訊息可供參考。

一、Twitter 並不是與 Facebook 同一等級

Twitter 先前一直表示自己有超過 2 億月活躍使用者，不過超過到底是超過多少？原來只超過一點點，Twitter 目前有 2 億 1,800 萬月活躍使用者，比先前新聞網站AllThingsD.com 所估計的 2 億 4 千萬少了不少。
