囚前妻毆打菸燙亂剪髮　狠男遭訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】有盜匪前科的劉姓男子（54歲），懷疑前妻另交男友，今年6月8日帶著6歲小女兒到前妻彰化住所，將化妝鏡摔壞，持化妝鏡碎片壓制前妻在床逼問男友下落，前妻堅稱沒有男友，劉男竟劃傷前妻手臂並毆打她。
 
劉又誆稱要帶前妻回娘家，但帶上車後又將車轉向太平自家住所，前妻想逃被抓回來，劉用膠帶綑綁其雙腳、身體、嘴巴，持木棒、棍子、鉗子和香菸等，毆打燙傷前妻，又用剪髮器，將前妻頭髮亂剪，再用剪刀剪破前妻身上衣物，還打電話找人稱要找個愛滋患者與前妻睡覺。

最後劉男10歲大女兒忍不住打電話向外公外婆求救，前妻才被救出送醫治療。台中地檢署依妨害自由罪將劉男起訴，劉將面臨5年以下有期徒刑。
