本身自己有長幾顆痘痘 本來是要買自己信任的外用藥來擦 店員推薦了我另一種 含葡萄鋅的(已熬合過) 他說克補和善存都是氧化鋅(未熬合過) 比較難吸收 鋅成分也較低(15mg) 他推薦的那款式葡萄鋅較易吸收 成分較高(50mg) http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/show?21303181464395 我是有想買一罐來試試 但我知道藥房賣的一定比較貴 所以藉故說錢帶不夠 可是去露天看有一個疑問 http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/show?21205153595985 這款含鋅25mg反而有35人買 50mg的才9人買 我本來是要買50mg的,但不知道為什麼25mg那麼多人買? 鋅的含量高一點不是比較好嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.133.182.123
