頂新、福懋代工健康食品油　確認摻油即下架

【蔡明樺／台北報導】福懋、頂新均捲入混油風暴，立委丁守中今踢爆混油恐有「漏網之魚」，指味全健康食品油由頂新屏東廠代工，及福懋代工的愛之味健康食用油，兩款油都向政府登記為健康食品，因福懋和頂新都跟大統買添加銅葉綠素的黑心油，卻沒在衛福部公布的油品下架清單中，油品安全恐有漏網之魚。
 
衛福部食品藥物管理署區管中心主任馮潤蘭今天強調，業者向食藥署申請保健食品登記，只要保健功效符合規定，就頒給「小綠人」標章，福懋目前下架的油品不包括代工的愛之味健康食品油，且味全油品由頂新屏東廠代工，不代表就摻有大統黑心油，已請衛生局前往了解，若查證使用大統黑心油，兩款油一定下架。
