【吳詠平／桃園報導】桃園黃色小鴨上午10時30分開始吊掛，承載浮台連同鴨皮，被吊車從廣場拉起放入後湖塘。桃園縣政府副秘書長蔡麗娟表示，整個作業要5小時，至於何時開始充氣，一切以天候條件為依據，只要風力降到4級以下就充氣。
