呼!昨天終於面試了人生中第一家正職的工作有鑑於之前面試尋找關於乾杯相關文幾乎沒有那就由我來當首po吧乾杯面試採用團體面試由三個面試官對三個面試者一開始會叫你拿履歷給他們因為之前剛好知道有三個面試官就很假掰準備了三份 (事後覺得其實一份應該也無礙) 整個面試其實沒花很多的時間一共提出了四個問題問我們首先用30秒的時間簡單自我介紹不管任何形式讓他們快速認識你第二個最有印象的顧客服務經驗第三影響你最深的人最後就詢問是否有公司相關的問題整個面試下來的心得魯蛇本人覺得他們看的就是特質吧因為其中一個面試官就說到他們挑選人會每種特質都挑幾個也就是並非都同樣類型所以有心想進去乾杯只要好好表現有自信也許你是他們要的人才 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.189.34
